Gi. Metal has used a special treatment to create a rice-grain relief surface that stops the dough from sticking to the peel. With this treatment, you won’t have to flour your peel as much. Less flour means a cleaner oven and a better tasting pizza. (Excess flour only burns and gives the pizza a bitter taste).
However, because the peel doesn’t have any perforations, it won’t remove as much flour.
Gi. Metal’s Easy Glide pizza peel is also made of stainless steel. This robust material means less heat transmission and maximum safety.
The 14” peel is compatible with 16” ovens.
