The Ooni Fyra 12 works only You don’t need to carry around a propane tank or the cable that comes with it. That said, it takes a little getting used to to understand how often you need to feed your oven with pellets. In that sense, it is a little more complicated, but really, the technique is quickly learned. Moreover, we recommend that you equip yourself with a thermometer to control the temperature.

Care and Caution

  • Outdoor use only.
  • Do not place hot ashes in the trash. Allow ashes to cool completely before disposal. Please use proper containers for such waste.
Maintenance of the stone
  • Caution: never turn on the oven if the stone is cold (bring to room temperature in advance to avoid thermal shock)
  • Staining: the surface of the stone will necessarily blacken (which gives a taste smoky we love!)
  • Cleaning: your stone needs cleaning?
    • Let the high temperatures of the oven burn off any excess food
    • Use a brush tto remove stubborn residues directly in the oven
    • Wait until the stone is at room temperature before cleaning or handling it (caution! handle with extreme care to avoid breakage)
    • Turn the stone over and cook on the other side (recommended option)
    • If necessary: wipe with a dry cloth to remove dust (no water or soap!)
    • Never soak the stone in water or put it in the dishwasher

1 year with Ooni and 2 additional years by registering on the Ooni website (instructions in the box).
