Care and Caution
- Wait until the stone is at room temperature before cleaning or handling it
- Use a brush to remove any residue
- Never run the stone under water
- Wipe with a dry cloth to remove residue if necessary
- Avoid taking the stone out of the oven to reduce the risk of breakage
- Always bring the stone to room temperature before using it (to avoid thermal shock)
Don’t have a pizza oven? We really recommend one, but you can also use this stone in a domestic oven.
