We love this dough cutter for its super resistant polymer material.
Gi. Metal’s food-safe dough cutter is made of polymer and will not damage your equipment, making it superior to its stainless-steel twin. However, although polymer is an excellent material that’s shock and heat resistant, it’s not as efficient in terms of removing residue from your work surface.
